In this section of the website, we dive into the understanding of the mind through the yogic tradition, combined with our own research, and some of the modern psychology. The goal of this information is to try to help you better understand your inner working mind and consciousness. Through this understanding and some of the more subtle practices of yoga, you can refine what is no longer serving you, from your conditioned thinking, slowly revealing who you really are, and unlocking your creative and conscious potential.

We believe that during this uncertain time of life this information is really essential, the gift of being able to calm the mind in this over-stimulating modern world in which we find ourselves cannot be overstated. Navigating how to use technology is not straightforward and you are not alone if you are finding it difficult to create a balance. The answer absolutely does not have to be to give everything up and live in a cave. You can take advantage of many of the benefits while still maintaining a level of inner tranquility. Once you know what to look for and what the strategies are.

We have chosen to separate this from the other sections of our website, to try to make it easier to navigate. The other parts tend to focus more on physical and energetic practices (https://pranayoga.co.in/asana/), this section is about Jnana Yoga (the Yoga of Knowledge).

Jnana Yoga (sometimes written as Gyan Yoga) is one of the four paths of Yoga that tries to explain the nature of our being. It tries to explain how our mind, energy, emotion, and body function so we can peel the layers to reach our true selves. It helps us to transcend. Here are some of the important sections of the website.
