Place the right palm on the floor between the feet and the left palm a little in front of the left foot.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">Place the right thigh on the right upper arm above the elbow.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">Bring the left foot in between the hands and then interlock the feet by placing the left foot on the right ankle.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">Balance on the arm and then straighten both legs.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">Bend the elbow , lower the trunk and head until they are parallel to the floor. this is the final position.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,serif;\">Straighten the arms and raise the trunk.
