It is done by synchronizing the movement and the breath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Steps:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Start in a tabletop position, (on your hands and knees) with your knees directly under your hips, and your wrists under your shoulders. Look to the front and relax the body.<\/li><li>Inhale, arch the back, and lift the right leg, stretching it up and back.
