Come back to <a title=\"Uttanasana\" href=\"http:\/\/pranayoga.co.in\/asana\/uttanasana-standing-forward-bend\/\">Uttanasana<\/a>\u00a0with an exhale and then <a title=\"Samasthiti\" href=\"http:\/\/pranayoga.co.in\/asana\/samasthiti-equal-standing-posture-tadasana-mountain-posture\/\">Samasthiti<\/a>\u00a0with inhale. Repeat on the other side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Beginners Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can place the knee of the stretched leg on the ground.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stretches the groin, quadriceps, leg and the hips.<\/li>\n<li>Stretches the back muscles and opens the chest.<\/li>\n<li>Good for indigestion, constipation and sciatica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contraindications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knee injury, neck problems, ankle injuries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This posture comes in Surya Namaskar of Hatha Yoga.
