Yoga is a great way to start any weight loss program, it’s gentle on the joints and can be used in combination with other activities, or on its own for great results. We have many Yoga Asana (Posture) Sequences, designed specifically for people struggling with weight issues, which can help to;

Boost your energy levels and metabolism
Increase confidence, and mental well being
Strengthen your muscles to help support your joints
As well as the all important fat burning
So what’s the secret? Well unfortunately there is no quick fix this will take some dedication, but as you feel your strength building up and your health improving, we promise it will get easier.

Schedule a session with us, on skype or in person and we can give you a -Personalized Yoga Plan-, with asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) specifically for you and your needs (If you are interested we can also do guided meditation). Food

For many people, as soon as you start thinking about weight loss and diet, it conjoures images of being hungry and counting calories. This does not need to be the case! It is however, extremely important to look at what you are eating, and find out ways to include more healthy options into your every day meals. With so much advice (and different opinions) in books and online, it can be difficult to know where to start.
